Return/Refund Policy:

   Order Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping (Shipping is usually within 3 business days of order).
• Cancellations must be received by fax, email, or writing.
• Refund amount will be total charged amount.

   Orders in Good Condition can be returned:

• Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receipt.
• Returns must include a copy of the Invoice included in the shipment.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.
• A restocking fee of 15% of the publication costs will be assessed.

   Damaged and defective orders will be replaced:

• Orders received with obvious package damage should be refused.
• Notify the carrier and Mueller Medical
• If the order is defective, contact Mueller Medical for replacement procedures
